These terms govern your access to and use of tableArth.ai (the “Service”), operated by Antrika Technologies LLP (“tableArth”, “we”, “our”). By installing the browser extension or using the web service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Use of the service
You may use tableArth.ai for lawful business purposes in accordance with these terms, our acceptable-use policy, and the product documentation. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent rate limits, or use the service to generate prohibited content.
Account & access
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Workspace administrators may configure policies, roles, and execution modes that apply to all users of the workspace.
Customer data
You retain all rights to the page context, prompts, and answers you generate through tableArth.ai. We process that data only to deliver the service, under the execution mode you select. We do not train AI models on customer content.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund & cancellation policy. We may revise pricing with notice; renewed terms apply at the next billing cycle.
Service availability
We work to keep tableArth.ai available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and incident updates are published in our status page and in-product notifications.
Termination
You may stop using tableArth.ai at any time by removing the extension and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for misuse that risks the safety of the service or other users.
Limitation of liability
tableArth.ai is provided on an “as-is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
