Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to delete the data tableArth.ai holds when you connect a Meta account (Facebook Ads, and Facebook Page or Instagram insights where you have connected them) or a LinkedIn account (LinkedIn Ads). tableArth.ai only reads reporting data from these platforms. It does not create, edit, pause, or delete ads, campaigns, or posts. The same steps apply to every Meta and LinkedIn connection, and you can use any one of the three options below.
What tableArth.ai holds from Meta and LinkedIn
When you connect a Meta or LinkedIn account, we store an access token for the account you authorized (encrypted at rest), the ad accounts or pages you choose, and the reporting data we import into your tableArth.ai workbook. For Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads this is daily campaign performance data. Typical fields are impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and dates. Imported data lives in the workbook you created, and is visible only to you and the members of your workspace you give access to.
Option 1: Delete it yourself in tableArth.ai
Disconnecting and deleting are separate steps, so you can do both, or only the one you need.
Stop syncing and remove the stored token.
- Sign in to tableArth.ai and open Connections.
- Find your Meta or LinkedIn connection and choose Disconnect. We stop fetching data and delete the stored access token. To remove the connection record as well, choose Delete. This permanently removes the connection and its saved credentials. Delete is only available once no workbook uses the connection.
Delete the Meta or LinkedIn data already imported. Disconnecting stops new data arriving, but data already imported stays in your workbook until you delete it.
- Open the workbook that contains your Meta or LinkedIn data.
- Choose Delete Workbook. This deletes the workbook's imported data files, its conversation history, and its dashboards.
If the workbook also holds other data you want to keep, open the workbook's data sources and choose Remove source on the Meta or LinkedIn source instead. That removes the source and its tables from the workbook.
Option 2: Remove tableArth.ai from your Meta or LinkedIn account
On Facebook:
- Go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites (shown as Business integrations on some accounts).
- Find tableArth and choose Remove. Meta revokes the access it gave us, so we can no longer fetch data from your account.
On LinkedIn:
- Click Me at the top of LinkedIn, then Settings & Privacy.
- Open Data privacy, and under Other applications choose Permitted services.
- Find tableArth.ai and choose Remove. LinkedIn revokes the access it gave us, so we can no longer fetch data from your account.
Removing the app on Facebook or LinkedIn revokes access, but it does not delete data we already imported into your workbook. To delete that data, follow Option 1 or Option 3.
Option 3: Ask us to delete it
Email privacy@tablearth.ai with the subject Data deletion request. Say whether the request is for Meta or LinkedIn data, and include the email address you use to sign in to tableArth.ai and, if you can, the name of the workbook or the ad account. We will confirm by email once the connection and the imported data have been deleted, within 30 days of your request.
