tableArth.ai (“tableArth”, “we”, “our”) is a product operated by Antrika Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India and based in Noida, India. This policy explains how, when, and why we collect information, how we use it, and the rights you have over that data. It also covers the additional protections we apply because tableArth.ai is delivered as a browser extension that operates on web pages you choose to enable.
tableArth.ai only reads page context when you explicitly open the AI panel on a tab. Until you do, the extension takes no action and reads no page content. When the panel is active, the extension captures the text and structured data necessary to deliver an AI answer, prompt suggestion, or insight dashboard for that specific screen. We do not capture any cross-tab activity.
tableArth.ai supports multiple execution modes so each workspace can pick the privacy posture that fits its policies — full, masked, hybrid, and local execution. Masked mode strips configured PII before sending context to the AI provider. Hybrid mode keeps regulated fields local. Local mode keeps the entire query inside your infrastructure where supported by your plan.
We collect basic account information (name, work email, organization), billing details where applicable, and product analytics required to operate the service (feature usage, latency, errors). When you opt in, we receive the page context, your prompts, and the generated responses, processed according to your selected execution mode.
We use the information to deliver tableArth.ai, operate billing, improve product quality, and meet legal obligations. We do not train AI models on customer content, and we do not sell personal data. Subprocessors are listed in our documentation and updated as the product evolves.
Account data is retained for the duration of the contract and a limited additional period required by law. Query logs are retained according to the retention level chosen by your workspace — including a “zero retention” option for sensitive deployments where prompts and answers are discarded immediately after processing.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing privacy@tablearth.ai. Workspace administrators can manage user-level data through the admin console.
tableArth.ai uses encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, regular penetration testing, and least-privilege design across the platform. Enterprise plans add SSO, role-based access control, audit trails, and BYOK for LLM providers.
